Our minimum order quantity is 25 units. If you order more than 49 units you save $2.
Our standard production timeline is 21 business days. We also provide an option to rush your order within 10-business days for an extra $2 per bag.
Yes! Through our wholesale program, artwork is not limited to characters but to printable area size dependent on bag style. Add the correct artwork to the 'Notes' section, then we will adjust on our end and send mockup for your final approval.
Our embroidered bags allow a maximum of 12 characters per line.
Yes, you can have no artwork on one side, but all our bags include the Origin Print (our product information/seal of authenticity) on the other.
Yes! Feel free to write the Pantone color under 'Notes' section on your Draft Order and we can match any color.
Yes, we can print up to 6 colors. Any additional color printing costs apply for printing more than one color:
• $30 Screen Fee for each additional color
• $1 per unit for each additional color
Tracking information will be emailed within 2-4 weeks of your purchase.
Our bags take 3 weeks to customize. If you need it quicker, you have the option to shorten the customization phase to 10 business days + shipping time.
Shipping to the U.S. (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii):
Estimated standard delivery is 4 to 7 business days. Please allow an extra day for some rural locations. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii: Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days.
Rush shipping option available upon request.
Customized products are not eligible for a return unless you encounter a craftsmanship or quality issue which includes: If your bag arrives with rivets missing or a damaged handle or if your bag arrives with smudged print.
Please note: since each bag is handmade, there will be slight variations in jute texture from bag to bag; no two bags will look exactly the same. Additionally, bags suffering from general wear and tear are not eligible for return.

No, we do not currently ship internationally on our end but do allow wholesale partners to provide prepaid shipping labels via UPS or DHL or use a freight forwarder.

Yes! Leather labels can be customized with text and artwork. Please note leather labels are only offered complimentary on our Original Market Bag and can be added on to any other bag style for an additional $4/unit.

We recommend these general cleaning tips for all our bags:
1) Turn the bag inside out.
2) Hand wash the inside with soap and water -the bag is water resistant, so this will not harm it- or use a disinfectant spray.
3) Wipe handles with soap and water.
4) Air dry.
